Pre-conference Symposium Registration Fee

Registration is $125 for the Pre-Conference Symposium. Fee includes attendance at symposium, admission to Nov. 19-20 National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference® Expo, refreshment breaks, and one set of symposium program materials.

Team Discount Rates
Our team discount program makes it affordable for your entire team to attend. After the first 2 full-price registrations, each additional registration receives a 30% discount. Only one discount may be taken per attendee. Discounts must be taken at the time of registration. No refunds will be given for discounts not taken at time of registration. A registration form must be filled out for each team member and all team registrants must be submitted together to receive discount. Team registrations can not be done online. Please call 1-800-727-1227 to register your team.
Special NeedsThe Conference Staff is available to accommodate persons with special needs. Check the space provided on the registration form and a staff member will call you to discuss the appropriate arrangements, or simply write your special need on the line provided.
Cancellation Policy
Substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing on or before Oct. 17, 2008, will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $150. Cancellations received after Oct. 17, 2008, will not be refunded. Unpaid cancellations for the Workers’ Compensation in the Federal Workplace Conference will be billed for the appropriate fee. No-show registrations will not be refunded. LRP Publications reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, LRP's liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration fee only. LRP reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
